Manned Guarding Security
Security officers conduct checks at the gate, safeguard the Data Center and Office Space. Security officers also provide escorts to highly restricted spaces to subcontractors and visitors.
Perimeter Security Management
The perimeter is protected by screen wall, electric fence and boom gates. Security officers conduct periodic perimeter patrols during their shifts to ensure that all is in order.
Identification and Verification of Staff and Visitors
Identification and verification of Mascom staff is done through Staff IDs. Visitors' information is also required and recorded before access into the premises is granted through a digital guest management system.
Biometric Access Control System
Biometric Access Control System provides access management and only grants rights to authorized users. Authorized users are also restricted to required and approved areas ONLY.
Centralized CCTV System
The CCTV System provides a 24/7 surveillance of MIC. All activities are recorded and analysed.
Data Center Security Procedures Creatives
Creatives on acceptable Data Center protocols are plugged at the entrance to act as constant reminder to those accessing DC.
